Terms of Service

By accessing or using Anonymily ("Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and represent you have authority to do so. "We", "our", and "us" refer to Anonymily, a service owned and operated by Mahesh Srinivasan, an individual (sole proprietor) based in India. You can contact us at hello@anonymily.com.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Anonymily provides a webhook relay, inspection, and replay tool for software developers. This includes the CLI tool, the web Dashboard, the HTTP API, and the MCP server (collectively, the "Service").

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes (see the Changes section below).

You may use the Service anonymously (without creating an account) for basic functionality. Certain features — named endpoints, event history, AI features — require a registered account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and Personal Access Tokens. Notify us immediately at hello@anonymily.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Capture or relay webhook events for systems you do not own or have authorization to test
• Use the Service to receive, store, or relay data in violation of applicable law (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, etc.)
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond normal use
• Circumvent rate limits, plan quotas, or authentication mechanisms
• Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without a written agreement
• Use the Service for any purpose that could harm Anonymily or its users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice depending on severity.

You are solely responsible for the data that flows through your Anonymily endpoints. If your webhooks contain sensitive personal data (PII), payment card data, health information, or other regulated data, you are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable regulations.

We strongly advise against using Anonymily to relay data subject to PCI-DSS, HIPAA, or similar strict data-handling requirements in production environments. Anonymily is designed for development and testing workflows.

The Free tier is provided at no cost subject to the usage limits stated on the Pricing page. We may change Free tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices are as shown on the Pricing page. Payments are processed by Razorpay. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for recurring subscription fees.

Cancellation. You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain Pro access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months except as stated in our refund policy (7-day full refund window for new subscriptions with minimal usage).

Price changes.We will give at least 30 days' notice before increasing subscription prices. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Anonymily and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of all data you send through the Service. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you.

You may use our CLI and API to build internal tools and automation for your own development workflows. You may not build a product that exposes Anonymily's core relay functionality as a service to third parties without a written partnership agreement.

We may introduce rate limits or adjust API quotas at any time to maintain service quality. Documented limits are available in the Docs.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Webhook delivery depends on third-party providers and network conditions outside our control.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANONYMILY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anonymily and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may delete your account from Account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.

On termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email (to your registered address) at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, India. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
